Karen set up as a jeweller in 1995 in North Wales, originally from Anglesey, she is now based near Bethesda, Gwynedd. Commissions include designing and creating the Crown for the National Eisteddfod in 1999 and 2008. She has also been a recipient of the Creative Wales award from the Arts Council of Wales, who have also supported Karen’s project ‘Llanddwyn Shore Lines’.
